Overall we achieved a fantastic 91% with a very few action points to follow up in the next few months.
In her initial feedback Lesley Barron (Head of QA, Home-Start UK) commented on the high standard of the funding bids she checked, and was complimentary about our co-operative projects with Home-Start Rushmoor & Hart, Big Hopes Big Future and Troubled Families.
The report highlighted the level of preparation for the inspection (thank you Jo!), the ‘Committed and involved board of trustees’, the high level of initial volunteer training, the group workers commitment to inclusion and our partnership working with local agencies (such as the Early Help Hub).
Thank you to everyone who responded to the HSUK survey.
Ruth Tellis – (Chair to the Board of Trustees)
